BenQ RMA service for resellers and distributors

If you are a reseller or distributor of BenQ products you can register for our advanced BenQ RMA service. Using this service will speed up the process of RMA generation for multiple cases and give you detailed statistics about the status of all your RMA cases.

BenQ Warranty and Repair Service

In order for us to service your defective BenQ product you will have to create an RMA case by providing us with all necessary data via the form on the left side of this page. You will then receive an RMA number with which you can check the status of your case at any time by using the form on the right.

Product data & problem description
Please enter the serial number of your device and klick the "Extract product data" button below. In most cases the model name, part number and manufacturing date can be extracted from the sertial number. The serial number can be found on the back or bottom of your device.

The model name is marked as "Model" on the product information label.

The part number is marked as "Part No" or "P/N" on the product information label. Please omit the two dots in the part number!

The manufacturing date is marked as "Mfg Date" or "manufacturing date" on the product information label. If only month and year of manufacturing are labelled please enter "01" as day.
Format of date: YYYY/MM/DD (i.e. January 22th, 2006 => 2006/01/22)

Purchase Information
To determine the type of warranty you are entitled to we will need the date of purchase and a copy of your receipt. You can either e-mail us a scanned copy to benq@microservice.at or send us your receipt via fax to +43-1-5040174-20. Please do not send in your device until we have received your receipt and confirmed your case.
Format of date: YYYY/MM/DD (i.e. January 22th, 2006 => 2006/01/22)
